Workout for Wednesday August 31st:
5 Rounds for Max Rounds of:
3 Minutes Max Rounds of:
3 Power Cleans 135/95
6 Pull-ups
9 Air Squats
1 Minute rest.
I know it’s super confusing, it’s a 20 minute workout. Five (5), four (4) minute rounds, in which there are three (3) working minutes and one (1) resting minute. During the three (3) working minutes kick ass on rounds of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 9 (nine), during the rest minute, rest for a minute and then start back anew. I’m certain that helped.
I may need you to repeat it a couple more times…
