Workout for Saturday August 6th:

3 Rounds for Time
800m Run
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups
Partner Style: share a medicine ball on the run (pass it back and forth while you run with your buddy, use a 6# or an 8#), while one buddy does AB-MAT sit-ups, the other does back extensions, then switch once you’re done with your 50,or 25 or whatever your scale is. This should make it way more funner!!
