As a team get Max Double Unders in 20 minutes this way:

One partner rows 20 calories, and then you two switch places. Every two minutes you both do 15 Medicine Ball Cleans, neither can start rowing or double undering until both partners are done with their 15 Cleans. The Cleans to not force a rotate, only the 20 calories on the rower does.
