Workout for Monday July 11th:
Warm-up well (3×10’s), put on your special shoes, get all light and bouncy (running drills)
Run 400m, easy pace, get really warmed up. Time this first one.
(1) Run 800m goal pace is twice as long as the easy 400m.
rest 4 minutes
(2) Run 800m goal pace is faster than twice the easy 400m (run 1)
rest 4 minutes
(3) Run 800m goal pace is faster than run (2)
