Workout for Saturday July 9th:

Trade rounds with your buddy. Each do 5 rounds. For a total team time.

7 Pull-ups
21 Double Unders
7 Power Snatches 135/95

The snatches are supposed to be pretty heavy 🙂 So have fun with that. Ideally it’d be a tough seven reps nearly in a row though.
