Team Up with your bestie and…
Work Dumbbell Presses at sets of 5, just trade and enjoy it, work up until it gets weird
Then take a pair that’s 5-10 lbs lighter than what got weird and trade rounds of this:
5 Man-Makers
5 Burpees
5 DB Squat Cleans
Let’s do 10 Rounds for each of you for time. How’s that sound?
