Mini-Rounds where you rest in between and add weight of:
5 Push Presses working up to a max in 4-6 sets
Max Horizontal Ring Rows
Some GHD Sit-ups depending on your current capacity / 4-6 sets
for example if 80 is your number 80/4 is 20 per round
Yes, we’re gonna set up the gym special for this workout so the flow is good, be prepared 5am for some gear hustling and then major getting after it!!!
