Just a reminder/heads up guys, the gym is closed Saturday the 23rd while the back wall get’s taken down! Monday the 25th the plan is to begin framing in the wall dividing the spaces. I don’t know how long it takes to build a wall like this, but we’ll keep working right along side and all around it and all that good stuff as best we can while this is all going down.

The back door is the new front door! Nicole will be using the old front for her office to teach nutrition and help people get it together! I’m excited about this on so many levels!
