1 Net Climb
5 Push Presses Rd 1. 95/65 Rd 2. 115/75 Rd 3. 135/85 Rd 4. 155/95 Rd 5. 175/105 Rd 6. 195/115 etc.
Sounds like fun yeah? We’ll use the racks, and set up more if needed, possibly run heats so the net doesn’t get too crowded, that could be a nasty nasty thing!!!
