Workout for Saturday February 13th:
Alternate 4 Minute AMRAPS with a buddy of:
15 Wall Ball Shots 30/20
9 Handstand Push-ups
Each partner completes 3, 4 minute AMRAPS for a total of 24 minutes of working out. There should not be any extra rest between rounds or during a rotate. GO.
