Here’s the catch though, we’ve squatted a ton this week (and we’re not done), so I like the power clean for today, but I also don’t want you guys pulling from the floor too much today, so I think we’re gonna really mess with things and do some Hang Power Cleans for most everyone and then scale the dip according to your abilities as per usual.
