Workout for Tuesday January 26th:
Minute 1: 15 GHD Sit-up alternated with 15 Toes to Bars
15 second rotate
Minute 2: 6 Shuttle Runs within the gym
15 second rotate
Minute 3: 15 Pull-ups
15 second rotate
How about 5 rounds? Remember, with this minute on the minute stuff is great, except for if there’s too many reps, so watch the reps, make sure that you scale it to a number that makes sense for your fitness.
