Workout for Thursday December 17th:

First Minutes (1, 4, 7, 10 etc.)
1 L-Pull-up
3 Strict Pull-ups
5 Kipping Pull-ups

Second Minutes (2, 5, 8, 11 etc.)
1 Press 135/95
3 Push Press 135/95
5 Push Jerk 135/95

Third Minutes
Rest (3, 6, 9, 12 etc.)

Let’s Run this 5 times through, so 10 active minutes. But 15 total minutes. Confused yet?
