As Many Reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

Power Cleans
Med Ball Reverse Lunges

Rotate Stations when teammate does 5 Man Makers (as if they really made men)

Pick appropriately challenging weights and enjoy the stimulus!

This finishes the first week of the challenge!! Please make sure to mark the board with the days that you showed up to do the workouts. No one is eliminated this week… Make smart choices this weekend!
