Workout for Friday December 4th:

Push Press for 3 Rep Max

***NOTICE***

After each set of push presses (yeah even the empty bar ones) do a 200m Row Sprint, this won’t be a big deal, but if you really juice the sprint it might actually help get you in the right mind set for big push pressing and hopefully some PR’s, along with generally more work, which makes everyone happy around the holidays. Also, because mainly that’s what I’m into, having happy clients 🙂
