Workout for Wednesday August 26th:
The Goal:
Find your best set of 3 in the Military Press
Here’s the catch:
After you do the set add up the integers of the weight and do that many burpees after the set.
For Example:
Ted presses 95, earning himself 9 + 5 = 14 Burpees. Maria presses 100, earning herself 1 + 0 + 0 = 1 Burpee, furthermore, Chad presses 185 earning himself 1 + 8 + 5 = 14 Burpees. At least in this Ted and Chad are equals.
Do at least 5 sets of presses and their incumbent burpees. Good luck Ted.
