A Time Priority Triplet. For the record, these workouts come so easily to some programmers, but for me they are really tough to come up with, and also don’t readily appear to my mind. You’re welcome.
Max Rounds in 15 minutes of:
6 Bar Dips 45/30
6 Ring Rows Mens: Horizontal w/ feet on box Ladies: Shoulders in line with rings, feet on floor
12 Hip and Back Extensions
