1 Rope Climb
20 Ft. Handstand Walk
10 Hang Power Snatches 75/55
Rest 1 minute
Repeat 5 Rounds
It’s ok if you can’t walk on your hands (like who can except Jeannie?!) there’s holding handstands, walking with dumbbells overhead, there’s wall walks, there’s hand taps, plenty of great drills and training to be had. Sales pitch over. Come, you’ll get fitter than you were yesterday, and that’s all that really matters!
