Workout for Friday August 7th:
On a running clock:
Minutes 0-2
Clean two reps
then add some weight
Minutes 2-4
Clean two reps
then add some weight
Minutes 4-6
Clean two reps
then add some weight
Minutes 6-8
Clean two reps
then add some weight
Minutes 8-10
Clean two reps
then add some weight
Minutes 10-12
Clean once, then add some weight
Minutes 12-14
Clean once, then add some weight
Minutes 14-16
Clean once, then add some weight
Minutes 16-18
Clean once, then add some weight
Minutes 18-20
Clean once, then cut the weight in half
Minute 21
Do as many as you can unbroken with great technique
