Workout for Friday July 24th:

BRING DOWN THE NET!!

Climb the net, twice

-immediately after the two climbs-

Max touch and go Power Cleans with 185/135 (hopefully this isn’t more than 10 reps in the first set)

Rest several minutes and repeat for a total of 5 rounds

Please scale the load in the Power Clean so that you can do several reps, but not more than 10 or so in the first round, for sure that number will come down with time, but hey, it’s a starting place!
