Workout for Saturday May 23rd:
Clean 5 Rep Max
This can be touch and go, but I see it being kinda like two to three touch and go and then two in quick succession as the weight begins to become unbearable to hang onto and re-rack. The real trick is not taking too long to get set, as that would turn a really tough set of 5, into really tough sets of 3-1-1. Get me?
