Workout for Saturday January 3rd:

Remember this crazy one, with all the knees to elbows and all that? It’s such a good piece of training that we should do it.

If you wanna give it a shot as prescribed and for time, please come at the 9:00am session. If you want to “simply” do the workout as it’s typically done, then please come the 8:00am.

I’ll be talking about it throughout the week. Easy day.
