1 Minute of Wall Ball Shots 20/14
1 Minute of Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55
1 Minute of Box Jumps 24/20
1 Minute of Push Press 75/55
1 Minute of Rowing for Calories
1 Minute of Rest
3 Rounds for Reps
We’ll be running two heats each hour, with scorekeepers and clipboards and pens and all that good stuff. Please come ready for a seriously awesome session. This is one of the best workouts ever!!
