Workout for Friday December 5th:
Front Squat Pyramid:
With a buddy do sets of 5 on Front Squat
Adding weight up to 75%, the go back down in weight and work it back up again,
repeat lots of times going up and down for a total of 75-125 reps
depending on how much squatting you should be doing.
Easy day.
