The reason that we’re publishing the workouts in advance is that we want to cover more ground in each training session, what the means is that if you guys have your ducks a little bit more in a row we might be able to get more programming in in each hour. Also, there will be no oopsies on not having a sock for rope climbing or forgetting your jump rope and stuff like that if you know you need to bring it. Pretty cool huh!?
We’re gonna smash “Helen” after a healthy warm-up and then finish the day off with a good dose on the L-Sit.
Remember Coach Glassman’s immortal challenge, “when you can hold 3 minutes in the L-Sit, you’re other Ab Work will seem silly easy.”
