Ring Drills:

Supports
L-Sit’s
False Grip Hold and Walks
Archer Push-Ups
Muscle-up Negatives
Transitions
Jumping Muscle-Ups
Skin the Cats
Front Lever Negatives
Back Lever Negatives
Ice Cream Makers (I have no idea why they’re called that)

Rows:

Dumbell Bent Over Rows. We’ll do a series on a drill, and then two sets all out on the DB Row each side. Then do another drill for a while, then smash the dumbbell into submission. Repeat until 60 minutes has elapsed and we’re all good and pumped up 🙂
