The Workout:

1 Rep Max Overhead Squat!!

We’ve been doing our jerks, so hopefully you guys are ready to take the big weight overhead and then squat it!!!

Here’s Thursday’s Workout: remember teams of 4 break up the reps however you like (fitter people do more) but complete the 200 of each move before moving on to the next exercise!
