Hey guys, we’re gonna take a zoom break for today, thanks, and whip up this little home diddy for y’all.  The last day of the year I always feel like is a great time to reflect, chill out, and make some plans for the year to come.  Sometimes those plans are dashed, but it’s better than not having them at all, know what I mean?

Home Workout:

Warm-up with Pistol Progressions, work through 15 of each, this should take a while when properly timed and efforted.  These reps should be hard and slow trying always to increase range and keep the points of performance in mind: heels down, use glutes, straight spine (not vertical).

3 Rounds:

:40 Seconds Lying Leg Raises

:20 Rest

:40 Seconds Hollow Rocks

:20 Rest

:40 Seconds crunches (not a full sit-up, ab mat or no, either is cool)

:20 Rest

Cool Down with 100 Walking Lunges 🙂

 

Rowing:

Row 1500m

Rest 7 Minutes

Row 1500m again 🙂
