1 Minute Rows of some kind

1 Minute Overheads of some kinds

Rest 1 Minute

1 Minute Pull-overs with a DB or a band




Here’s a bunch of options for the workout.  You can tell I’m not super picky about what you’re doing as long as it’s hard enough and basically either pulling or pushing 🙂


Warm-up should mainly consist of arm swings, rotator work to warm-up the shoulders and let’s spend a good chunk of time doing L-sit stuff before the workout kicks off.
