The Workout: I know workouts like this are weird, but the timed parts are for max reps, and the reps part is the reps, so watch the clock and go for it, try to keep resting to a minimum, and then you’ve got the spirit of the workout!

1:15 of work at Crawl Planks
15 Clapping Push-ups
1:15 of work at Hollow Arch or Bird Dogs
Stretch the chest, and do some Child’s pose to ease out the back!
