Let’s leave this a little open. I feel like we need to bang out about 5 rounds, but some people need to do heavier weight and less reps on the bench, some people need to do more reps and less weight, and some people should also do more reps and more weight (Matt Jay!!). Rowing is always all out, because that’s how we roll.
