Push-Ups
Back Extensions

There will be some staggering of the start order to allow for everyone to get through the GHD on the back extensions. That will be TOUGH. Also, the savvy exerciser will note that the Push-Up portion of this day will be significantly more difficult than if it were at the start. That is all.
