Here is tonight beach workout.
First find a piece of driftwood Apprx. 65lbs. and a length of rope. 5 rounds of 21 push press to 100 ft. lunges(not dropping wood) to 40 double under or 100 singles. No shoe’s allowed. I did the 100 singles.
