Changes in the weekend hours

Hear Ye!

 

Saturday shall be from 7:30AM until 1:00PM (classes to remain the same), Sunday shall be from 7:30 to 12:00 Noon (classes remain the same)!

The newest up and coming trainer for Local’s Gym, we’re sending her off to certification in July!!!  So she’s studying and observing classes and working out like a BEAST!  Say "Hi!" when you see her around the gym!!

Mother's Day

 

A little change of schedule on Mother’s Day 🙂  Deidra’s a mom, my cute wife’s a mom, our mom’s’re moms.  You mom’s  ‘s a mom too.  So on Sunday we’ll be closing up shop by 10:00AM – if you wanna come crank some watts before you celebrate and spread hugs and cheer, we’ll be open at 7:00AM with class at 8:00.
