First Rainier’s Strongest Woman and now the Gorilla Games hosted by CrossFit Amped!
Second, first, eighth, third, final score: First Place! SO proud of Kelsey!
Other characters in attendance: Emily competed and finished 13th out of 38 (top third!!) Young budding Dillan Monson, frequenting the 11am and 5:30pm classes finished 30 of 39 in a staaaacked Men’s Open, against men who’ve been to the CrossFit Games and others who have been training for years!!! Great stuff, huge Deadlift PR!!
Lastly but certainly not least, Jake Bannister helped CrossFit Amped host this event by loading gear and judging the competitors. What a guy!

Say hello to some of our newest and most promising members! Pam and Kevin Olsen (so stoked that they get frustrated about Olympic Lifts, anyone else?) Jamie “Man Child” Bradshaw who’s come on strong the last few months and is a force to be reckoned with, and his girl Leigh Ann, who trains at Level 4 in Ballard (do I see a mixed pair entry coming up??)
