Attention: if it’s raining we’ll not be having the BBQ 🙁 If it’s decently nice, we’ll be queing outside making it happen. Otherwise, come down to Puyallup and watch the finals of the CrossFit Regionals! Charles, Ponch, JP, Lindsay are judging, Teague is writing for the videos (except “the big dogs came out to play”), Drew and I are in the media pit logging the action. Come kick it!

I’m not sure if Josh is just always working really hard, or if Grace is just cheating…
