Max Rounds in 10 minutes of:

10 Burpees

10 Stationary Lunges

20 Leg Raises

 

Warm-up:

Some simple flows: down dogs into pigeons into push-up drills should work nicely!  Then some balancing drills (toe touches on 1 foot etc.) and some time spent stretching the hamstrings specifically.

Cool-down: work on the pecs and the quads for sure!  Couch stretch is a really good move and maybe some lacrosse ball on the pecs 🙂
