I know this is late guys, but you knew the drill already, because you’re aces!

Cornucopia (read below) is happening Thursday Morning! 8:00am, and 9:15am! You know the score, if you’re not early to the 8:00am class, we’re going to run into problems, so be early, you know I’ll be early! Like 15 minutes is all you need to get prepped and grouped up and sorted out. I’ll have a killer plan on the white board, and it’ll be good to go.

Remember we’re closed the rest of the week, Fri/Sat/Sun after this massive workout. It typically produced MARKED soreness, so enjoy that, and know that the food you’re eating will go the right places 🙂

Monday: “Kevin” 3 Rounds For Time: 32 Deadlifts 185/135, 32 Hanging Hip Touches (alternate arms), 800m running farmers carry 15/10lb DBs

Tuesday: Front Squat Max 3

Wednesday: 8 Minutes for Max Rounds of: 800m Run, 5 Rope Climbs, 10 Clean and Jerks 155/105

Thursday:
“Cornucopia” As a team of 4 split up the following in order however you like for time:
200 KB Snatches 35/26
200 Deadlifts 95/65
200 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
200 Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14
200 Burpees
200 Pull-Ups
200 Thrusters 45/33
200 Calories on the Rower
