The Workout:

Max Rounds in 15 minutes of:

12 Push Presses 95/65

12 Deadlifts 95/65

24 Mountain Climbers (sorry guys, had to)

 

Home Version:

SAME, just use what you have 🙂

 

Warm-up: For this one lets take 3 sets of 10 reps in Air Squats (ouch!), Sit-ups (ouchier!), some kind of pulling motion (rowing, pull-up etc.), and push-ups.  Once through that we’ll dust off the push press, and then cover the deadlift with reps before weight, then add weight to both movements (they should be loaded the same for this workout).  Finally cover the mountain climber, which is such a nasty addition to an otherwise friendly workout, I’m sorry 🙂  But it must be done!  It’ll make these 15 minutes just so.  You know?
