The Workout:

Max Rounds in 12 Minutes of:

15 Split Squats Right – Hold Something in the front rack position. If you have a barbell great, DB’s or KB’s are great, cinder block works fine too!!

15 Burpees

50 Jumping Jacks

Warm-up!

Easy Rounds, enough to get the blood flowing and the joints happier:

Russian Twists

Push-up Pluses

Rope skipping, or calf raises

Walking Lunges or Air Squats

 

Check out the moves after that, make the setup for the split squats easy to match foot position, make sure you’re stretched out enough for burpees, and that your ground is soft enough (not concrete) for Jumping Jacks.  Blast away at rounds team!!

 

Rowing:

I know this is nasty, but let’s do it.  5K Row Time trial

Go for a PR – also, send me times in a text so I know what to update the leaderboard with in the gym, for the 500m Row, and the 5k row.  Also your height.
