Max Rounds in 15 Minutes of:

10 Down Dog Rows Right

20 Double Unders

10 Down Dog Rows Left

20 Double Unders

40 Mountain Climbers


Advice: Choose something pretty heavy for the Down Dog Rows, otherwise it just won’t work.  Do try and keep your pace through the mountain climbers as best you can, your muscles will burn and stuff on the other moves, but you will be able to catch your breath a bit!  Lotsa rounds!



The Warm-up:

Today is a good day to work on the body’s ability to fold about the hip.  Hamstring time, calf time, and hip/glute time during the warm-up will aid for sure.  Taking time for the shoulders to be strong will make sense for sure also, arm swings, some dip supports/L-sit work is a good idea, if we can get to a handstand hold that’s a smart move also during this time.  Make sure you do some decent amount of jump roping before you get too far into double understanding.   I think also a slough of leg raises is a smart move.
