The Workout:

Max Reps in each, these go together without any breaks in between the different exercises.  BUT also do the whole 8 rounds of Jumping Squats before moving on to Burpees and all the burpees before moving on to Push-Ups.

“Tabata” is 8 Rounds of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off (rest) – 4 minutes.

Warm-up!

Spend 20 minutes doing Scales, Planks, and L-Sit Drills!

 

Once finished, practice the moves real quick, make sure you’ve got a way to count, AND time yourself (come to class, I’ll do it for you!) and then go for it!
