Workout for Tuesday October 24th:

Overhead Squat for Max 5

Do rehearse the Jerk before hand, especially from the back rack, be aggressive there!! Once you’ve found your best 5 for the day, either, come down a teensy weensy bit and do a few more sets, or get right into assistance work to build your holding power or stability, or leg strength.
