Workout for Thursday October 19th:

Option 1:
Row 5k for Time

If you’re feeling like “Hell yeah, let’s do this!” and that today might be the day to push for a record, then hell yeah, let’s do this!

Option 2:
Row 2 2k’s at your 5k pace with 10 minutes between them

A proper interval session if you’re not feeling up to it, no judgement, seriously. Except the kind that you shamefully heap upon yourself!!

Option 3:
Buddy 10k Row!

Get a friend, and trade off 1k’s at your 5k pace until a 10k is completed. Sounds way funner, and totally doable!
