Workout for Tuesday November 22nd:

As Many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:

3 Turkish Get-ups Left 88/60
3 Turkish Get-ups Right 88/60
12 Handstand Push-ups
24 Box Jumps 24″/20″

So yeah, these as prescribed weights are super jacked, but that’s only for Chad. Everyone else can just scale the weight back so they can do the get-ups and it’ll be OK.

The key to creating elegant triplet workouts is to have an easy element made challenging by the successive rounds, to have a challenging element that will prove difficult sooner than the rest of the elements, and to have one “easy” element that will help to establish a more profound total impact.
