6 Bar Muscle-Ups
20 KB Swings 70/53
30 Stationary Medicine Ball Lunges 50/30

This should work 🙂 There’ll obviously be major scaling for muscle-up stuff, be excited, it’s time to get stronger arms and work on BIG pull-ups!! Hooray for heavy KB Swings!!
