Workout for Wednesday October 22nd


For Clarity, this workout is kind of a march/test thing, it’s not for time, yet there are benchmark times for it. Some of the sets are supposed to be unbroken, some don’t have to be. This is very confusing, a few of you will be sent on your own to truly test your capacity in this workout. The rest of us will just do it in a big team/conga line delee-bob. It’ll be great. Be excited, it’s a good workout 🙂
