Warm-Up, Workout and Cool-Down.  Come do the WOD (Workout of the Day) scaled to your ability so you can progress as quickly as possible!

Crossfit Moms & Kids

Same regular class but with all MOM’s there is also a Kids class concurrent for the kids that are old enough!

Crossfit Teens

Special class for teens and even a little younger.

Powerful Half Hour Full

For those who either come early or stay late, just a little kick up and go for the truly tough!

Open Gym

Come use the gym!  Classes have priority on space and gear, but we’ve got plenty of space and tons of gear.  Complete Powerlifting Setup, Olympic Lifting Setup, and all the CrossFit “oldies but goldies.”  If you only want to train on your own, that’s OK!  If you want to get more work outside of the classes, that’s perfect!
