Workout for Tuesday May 30th:

Jerk for Max 5

Work up in the racks, bringing down to your shoulders each time, but the last set or two that you’re going to do, when you’re really going for a max, use the Jerk Blocks (take the time to get it right) and drop it each time to allow you to really max out!
