This weekend is CrossFit for Hope down at Rainier CrossFit in Sumner!! Meet up at the gym at 9:00am and caravan down with everyone! It’s gonna be awesome.

The gym will be closed Saturday and unless you’ve worked something out with your Coach specifically there is no set class on Sunday, hooray for the Sabbath!
